I appreciate the question very much because it shows that the person who asks wishes to be respectful of what we are doing. I always have the same answer: all are welcome. Our spiritual tradition has its roots in the fundamental understanding that we all come from one source and that we will all return to the same source. We stay true to the spiritual tradition of Yoga and help translate those teachings in a way that is understandable and useful in today’s world, not yesterday’s.
